The human intestine is 8-10 meters long and has thousands of folds and wrinkles, with an average of a bend every 3.5 centimeters. Even if people defecate every day, there will always be some food residues retained in the folds of the intestine. They dry, rot, and ferment under the action of bacteria. Over time, these food residues eventually form a black, smelly, and toxic substance that is 5-7 mm thick and weighs 5-6 kg. They adhere firmly to the intestinal wall like rust, and are as hard as a tire. They slowly erode our bodies, and people usually call it stool retention. If you think that stool retention will only cause minor problems such as abdominal enlargement and dull complexion and that it is not a big deal, you are totally wrong. The harm caused by stool retention is far more than you realize.

Methods for removing stool

There are many bowel cleansing teas on the market, which can actually be regarded as bowel cleansing medicines. Long-term use will cause dependence and disrupt one's own bowel function. Although many women seek help from bowel cleansing tea, it is not suitable for long-term use. The combination of healthy diet and exercise is the most scientific and effective way to treat the symptoms and root causes! Here is a very effective method:

Preparation: Eat light food the day before bowel cleansing, avoid eating too much meat and fish, avoid eating indigestible fiber, and keep a happy mood. Prepare a pot of boiling water, about the amount of six bottles of mineral water, add two spoons of salt (one spoon is a flat spoon), and stir evenly. Go to bed around ten o'clock, set the alarm clock at five fifty, and make sure you can get up the next morning.

Process: At six in the morning, the best time for the body to detoxify, start drinking the first glass of salt water: use the salt water prepared last night to mix with the boiled water in the morning, 600ml (equivalent to the amount of a bottle of mineral water), warm, salty and slightly salty vegetable soup.

1. Drinking water requires skills. If you drink water in small sips, the water flow is slow and the water is easily absorbed in the stomach, resulting in urination. So it is best to drink in big gulps and swallow quickly, so that the water can reach the colon as quickly as possible and stimulate intestinal peristalsis.

2. The concentration does not need to be very precise, but it must be salty. Because of the certain concentration, the intestines will treat it as blood flowing and will not absorb the water you drink, so the salt water has enough volume to flush the intestines and finally be excreted from the large intestine. In order to speed up the flow of water and prevent it from accumulating in the stomach, exercise must be added at this time.


The most effective exercise is three yoga poses, doing each pose ten times.

The first step: stretch upwards. Cross your fingers together with your palms facing up, stand on tiptoes, and pull your whole body up as much as you can. Do ten yoga-like abdominal breathings, that is, let your belly bulge out when you inhale and contract your belly when you exhale. This way, your abdominal muscles can also participate in the exercise well.

Second move: Cross your fingers and hold your hands together with your palms facing up. Take a deep breath, then stretch as far to the left as you can while exhaling. When all the air is exhaled, inhale again and put your hands back up. This counts as one move. Then exhale while stretching as far to the right as you can.

The third posture: Raise both hands horizontally with palms facing each other, take a deep breath, bend left hand towards neck, then stretch right arm as far as possible to the right while exhaling, and look straight at the tip of right hand until all the air is exhaled, then inhale again, bend right hand towards neck, open left hand, then stretch left arm as far as possible to the left while exhaling, and look straight at the tip of left hand. After completing the three steps, you can continue to drink the next cup.

Note: You don’t need to clean your intestines too often, as anything can be excessive or insufficient. The ideal time is once every half a month. If you can clean your intestines every two or three months, you will be healthier than those who do not clean their intestines.
