What can I eat to improve flatulence and diarrhea?

In daily life, many of our friends always have flatulence and diarrhea. This is mainly caused by poor gastrointestinal digestion. So what can you eat to improve flatulence and diarrhea?

1. White radish porridge: 1 white radish, 50 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of sugar. Wash the white radish and rice separately. Slice the radish, boil it for 30 minutes, then add the rice and cook together (if you don’t eat radish, remove the radish and then add the rice). Cook until the rice is soft and the soup is thick, add appropriate amount of brown sugar and bring to a boil.

2. Hawthorn porridge: 20 grams of hawthorn, 100 grams of polished rice, and 10 grams of white sugar. First, boil the hawthorn in a casserole, take the thick juice and remove the residue, then add appropriate amount of polished rice, sugar and water to cook porridge. It can be eaten as a side dish or as a snack. It should not be eaten on an empty stomach. One course of treatment is 7 days.

3. Codonopsis pilosula porridge: 20 grams of Codonopsis pilosula and 50 grams of polished rice. First, fry the japonica rice until it turns yellow and black, then cook it into porridge with Codonopsis pilosula. Drink the porridge soup after it is cooked.

4. Quail porridge: Remove the hair and intestines of a quail, cut into small pieces, add 100 grams of rice, cook porridge together, and season with appropriate amount of oil and salt before serving.

5. Yam Rice Porridge: Take 100 grams of dried yam slices, 100 grams of rice or millet (corn), and appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the rice clean, crush it together with the yam slices, put it into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and cook it into porridge.

6. Hawthorn and malt soup: 10 grams each of hawthorn and fried malt, decocted in water and taken three times a day.

7. Carrot soup: 250 grams of fresh carrots, wash and chop, add appropriate amount of water, sugar or salt to taste, boil until soft and extract the juice, take it three times a day.

The above foods can all effectively solve the problem of farting and diarrhea. Patients should try to eat small meals frequently and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Do not eat too much food that will irritate the stomach. It is best not to eat fried food, otherwise the impact will be relatively large. Be sure to pay attention to this.
