Why do I always get acne

Acne, as a common skin disease, often appears on the faces of adolescent boys and girls. However, due to the irregular lifestyle of modern people, acne can often be seen on their faces, becoming a major highlight on their faces. Many people have tried various methods but still cannot effectively get rid of acne. So why do we always get annoying pimples on our bodies? Now let me tell you the reasons why you get acne.

1. Some people have dry skin, and acne in this group of people is closely related to dry skin. Because when the outermost layer of the skin is damaged, the skin's resistance will also deteriorate, which causes many people to develop acne.

2. Due to some stressful emotional changes in life, women begin to secrete hormones in their bodies due to the pressure of life, which will lead to a decrease in immunity. The skin's resistance to bacteria decreases, which can cause acne.

3. People with poor digestive systems will also get acne. For example, constipation, habitual diarrhea, excessive stomach acid, ulcers and other digestive system problems will cause toxins to accumulate in the body and cannot be discharged from the body, which will cause acne on the face.

4. People who often stay up late may disrupt their endocrine system, increase skin roughness, and cause acne. But don't squeeze it hard with your hands, otherwise it will cause worsening.

5. During adolescence, the secretion of sex hormones is unprecedentedly active, and the secretion of androgen increases significantly. When the body does not have time to effectively adjust and fully adapt, sebum secretion increases and acne occurs. When the body matures, that is, around 20 years old for men and 18 years old for women, the level of androgen decreases, and the body's regulatory and adaptable abilities are also strengthened, so acne begins to improve and eventually disappears. This is why acne is more common during adolescence. During female puberty, due to incomplete development of the ovaries, the secretion of estradiol is relatively low, the ratio of testosterone to estradiol increases, and testosterone is relatively excessive, causing acne to occur or worsen. As age increases and ovarian function develops fully, estradiol secretion becomes normal, the ratio of testosterone to estradiol reaches a balance, and acne will improve or heal on its own.

Acne is caused by many factors, but as long as we have a regular lifestyle, get enough sleep, reduce our stress, and avoid eating spicy and oily foods, acne will basically stay away from us. Patients with severe acne can go to the hospital to consult a doctor and receive early treatment.
