During the fasting process, it is very important to practice the exercises! If the exercises are practiced properly, the weight will be reduced quickly. Your weight will continue to decrease during the resumption of eating, and it will be maintained well after the resumption of eating, and your body will be clean and healthy. Practicing Qigong is very important Do not neglect or ignore the practice of yoga exercises. The practice of yoga is a process of adjusting the body. The superficial phenomenon is "Yang hyperactivity", but in fact it is relative Yang hyperactivity caused by the Yin deficiency itself. Usually, Yin deficiency constitution manifests itself as "virtual fire", so there are also manifestations of Qi and blood deficiency, such as: pale complexion, cold hands and feet, headache, insomnia, frequent dreams, constipation, etc. When there is a problem with your body, don't avoid it. Instead, learn to understand the cause of the problem by feeling your body, and understand the essence through the appearance. The fasting course is more like a mirror of the body, through which we can understand the internal problems; then adjust the body and mind exercises according to the problems. This involves the application of many exercises, such as the heat-removing breathing method, gastrointestinal conditioning exercises, meditation, emotional relief methods, etc. During the seven-day fasting, our bodies will undergo different changes, so the conditioning exercises arranged each day will also be different. Many friends do not understand fasting courses and think that fasting is a diet and an experience of starvation. This is wrong. Simply starving yourself will only increase negative emotions and will not improve physical problems. The fasting course is a method of healing the body and mind by stopping eating. Not suitable for people who fast (1) Those whose weight is 25% lower than the standard index; those whose weight is less than 40 kg for men and less than 35 kg for women; those who are weak and pale. (2) Those suffering from severe edema, including hepatic ascites, cardiac ascites, pulmonary edema, etc. (3) Patients with anorexia, ulcerative colitis and gastric bleeding. (4) Pregnant women, women who have given birth within one month, and breastfeeding mothers.
