What are the acupuncture points for removing heat?

Chinese and Western medicine believe that regular and continuous massage can protect the liver, reduce internal heat, maintain health, and other effects that you might not expect. People may wonder, why do people get angry? Because we often eat foods that are very irritating, some people may ask, is it just because of the food that I get irritated? No! No, if you are tired, you will get irritated; if you are sick, you will get irritated; if you stay up late, you will get irritated, etc. When you get irritated, I believe you are all worried about how to reduce the irritation, right? People usually think about which acupoint can reduce heat or what they can eat to reduce heat. Now let me introduce to you several acupoints for reducing heat!

Acupuncture points for removing heat

1. Sanyinjiao Point

Location: About 4 finger widths above the inside of the ankle.

Efficacy: Nourishes the liver and spleen, nourishes yin and promotes menstruation, and replenishes qi and promotes blood circulation.

2. Zusanli acupoint

Location: About 4 finger widths below the outer depression of the knee.

Efficacy: Soothes the liver and spleen, clears away heat and dampness, and calms the mind.

3. Dadun Point

Location: Inside the big toe, near the base of the nail.

Efficacy: Unblocks the liver meridian, clears the liver and improves eyesight, regulates qi and refreshes the brain.

4. Taichong Point

Taichong point is located in the depression 1.5 cm upward from the gap between the big toe and the second toe. Since it belongs to the Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian, massaging this point is very effective for the symptoms of internal heat caused by excessive liver fire. If you put your hand on the Taichong point and feel a lot of pain with a little force, it means that your liver fire is quite strong, and you should massage this point more.

Massage technique: Before massaging the Taichong point, soak your feet in hot water for about 10 minutes, and then use your thumb to push and rub from top to bottom for 3 minutes.

Winter has not really passed yet and the weather is still dry. The hot summer is approaching and people are getting more angry. I wonder if those friends who are still anxious about how to reduce heat are still looking for solutions? I recommend 4 acupoints for reducing heat. Personally, I think it would be better to massage all of them at once than to massage just one acupoint.
