What to do if indigestion causes bloating

2. Lentil and Barley Porridge

3. Hawthorn Jujube Tea

10 grams of hawthorn, 10 grams of roasted malt, 5 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, and 10 dates. Decoction in water and drink as tea. It is suitable for abdominal distension and diarrhea caused by food accumulation.

4. Chinese Yam and Jujube Porridge

20 grams of Poria cocos, 10 grams of jujube, 20 grams of yam, 50 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Remove the core of the jujube and cook it with Poria cocos, yam and rice into porridge. Add appropriate amount of brown sugar for seasoning. Serve with three meals. It can be eaten frequently for people with spleen and stomach qi deficiency, poor appetite, loose stools, fatigue and weakness.

5. Brisk walking

Generally speaking, regular aerobic exercise is a "panacea" for relieving constipation, such as moderate-intensity brisk walking, cycling, swimming, jogging, etc. The process of aerobic exercise helps stimulate the natural contraction of intestinal muscles, accelerate the excretion of feces, etc.

6. Pelvic floor muscle exercises

Pelvic floor muscle exercises can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, prevent bladder and intestinal leakage, and help improve functional diarrhea, fecal incontinence, etc. When urinating, suddenly stop urinating. The muscles you feel exerting force are the pelvic floor muscles. Just repeat the "contract-relax-contract" movement.
