3. Chew raw white radish slices: about 3 slices at a time, each slice is about 0.5 cm thick. You can also take it according to the specific situation.

4. Ice mung bean paste or cold mung bean paste: one cup, about 200ml, or you can take it according to the specific situation.

5. Quickly boil raw licorice water: It can be taken warm. Adults use 60g of licorice and children use 20g of licorice.

6. Quickly boil the water of fangfeng and black beans, which can also be taken warm. Adults use 30g of fangfeng and children use 15g of fangfeng.

7.
