The hospital announced that it did not find any Professor Qi, as reported online

In the online post, it was stated at the beginning that the above remarks were made by "Professor Qi of Xuanwu Hospital", but netizens did not point out who this "Professor Qi" was.

In fact, this post has been circulating for more than a year. Just when this matter was hotly discussed by netizens, staff from the Xuanwu Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University stated that there were two experts with the surname Qi in the hospital, one in the vascular surgery department and the other in the endocrinology department. Both doctors were associate chief physicians. After investigation, the hospital found that these two Doctors Qi had no relationship with the "Professor Qi" on WeChat.
