Foot soaking is the most effective method. Add 40-degree hot water to a deep basin and let the water cover your ankles. After soaking for about 20 minutes, you will feel warm all over your body, which means that your body starts to heat up after the blood circulation is smooth. The effect will be better if you rub your feet while soaking them.

In addition, people who easily have cold hands and feet should eat more black foods. Black foods contain a lot of trace elements and vitamins, such as vitamin A, β-carotene, niacin, etc. The scientific name of the melanin in black foods is "anthocyanin", which has a strong antioxidant effect, removes active oxygen in the body, can nourish the kidneys and warm the body, and prevent aging. Such as black rice, black buckwheat, black dates, black beans, black sesame, and black fungus.

People with cold hands and feet generally don’t like to exercise, so they should keep moving regularly.
