Cold foods include partridge grass, tofu skin, cauliflower, prickly lettuce, loosestrife, cucumber, bamboo shoots, amaranth, soy sauce, hair vegetable (dragon beard vegetable), rock sugar (slightly cool), pear, bupleurum, mullet, corn (millet), etc. These cold foods are not suitable for patients with constipation.

People with constipation cannot eat fern root powder, as it is a cold food.
