Will hormone face itch?

Hormone face is still very troubling to people. It will completely affect people's appearance, causing their faces to look quite a lot of blemishes. Especially patients with very serious hormone face will have some obvious acne and blackheads, and these symptoms cannot be treated in the first time. They will become more and more serious with time, and eventually cause the pores to be completely blocked.

The severity of hormone face is directly proportional to the dosage and duration of hormone application. Whiteheads, blackheads, inflammatory papules, pustules, nodules and cysts may occur regardless of topical or systemic application. Such patients also have signs of adverse reactions such as hirsutism, central obesity and stretch marks.

Whiteheads are caused by blockage of the sebaceous gland openings of the hair follicles by keratinocytes. Keratin and sebum are filled inside, blocking them from the outside world, forming closed comedones that appear as slightly protruding whiteheads. They appear as tiny subcutaneous sebum plugs, most of which are hemispherical white packages the size of rice grains, hard in texture, and without any subjective symptoms.

There are generally two types of skin lesions of blackheads: one is characterized by enlarged pores and densely packed blackheads all over the face, with a black plug on the surface. After removal, it becomes a sebaceous flaky colloid substance that is black in the front, yellow in the middle, and white in the inside. The second symptom is that there is no redness or swelling on the surface. Before the blackheads are fully formed, the patient may use external medications or squeeze them incorrectly, which may turn into red and swollen acne.

Inflammatory papules are further divided into infectious inflammatory papules and herpes with pus. The opening of the sebaceous gland of the hair follicle is blocked and cannot communicate with the outside world, and whiteheads are formed first, and the surface looks like slightly raised whiteheads. When whiteheads worsen, papules will form, and when the papules become further inflamed and aggravated, pustules will form.

Nodular acne often presents as a rash of red or dark red pea to cherry-sized nodules. The inflammation is deep, suppuration is slow, and there is pain. It subsides slowly and can easily leave scars if not treated properly. Often develops from pustular acne.

The cyst is round in shape, ranging from the size of a bean to several centimeters in diameter. It is connected to the surface skin but not to the base tissue and is movable. Sometimes there is a small blackhead-like plug at the opening of the sebaceous gland, which will produce white muddy sebum when squeezed. Generally there is no other discomfort. If secondary infection occurs, redness, swelling, tenderness, and suppuration may occur.
