The second rule: Do not eat fish alone, otherwise your health will be unbalanced.

It should be noted that people with the following diseases should not eat too much fish. These diseases are:

1. Gout patients, because fish contains purine substances, and gout is caused by the disorder of purine metabolism in the human body;

2. Patients with bleeding diseases, such as thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, vitamin K deficiency and other bleeding diseases should eat less or no fish, because the 20-carbon 5-enoic acid contained in fish can inhibit platelet aggregation, thereby aggravating the bleeding symptoms of patients with bleeding diseases;

3. Patients with liver cirrhosis have difficulty in producing coagulation factors, and their platelets are low, which can easily cause bleeding. 4. Tuberculosis patients are prone to allergic reactions if they eat certain fish while taking isoniazid. Mild symptoms include nausea, headache, skin flushing, conjunctival congestion, etc. Severe cases include palpitations, numbness and swelling of the lips and face, rash, diarrhea, abdominal pain, difficulty breathing, high blood pressure, and even hypertensive crisis and cerebral hemorrhage.
