Causes of cerebral hemorrhage

Causes of cerebral hemorrhage

Cerebral hemorrhage is a disease that is familiar to everyone. It is also one of the most terrible diseases. Most people who suffer from this disease are over 40 years old. This disease is very dangerous, potentially fatal, and sudden, so everyone is very scared. Nowadays, there are many patients suffering from this disease, and some may lose their precious lives if they do not receive timely rescue, so everyone must understand the disease of cerebral hemorrhage.

However, many people in their daily lives do not pay attention to the small details that are harmful to their bodies. Some small bad behaviors can cause harm to the body, but no one cares about these. Now let me introduce to you the causes of cerebral hemorrhage.

1. Alcoholism: Drinking is another risk factor for cerebral hemorrhage. Especially excessive drinking can cause increased blood pressure or changes in coagulation mechanism and accelerated cerebral blood flow, thus triggering cerebral hemorrhage. Many people do not drink excessively, but they drink more than usual during festivals or happy events, which may endanger their lives or leave them with lifelong disabilities. Among a group of cerebral hemorrhage patients, nearly 55% were caused by drinking to varying degrees.

2. Emotional excitement Emotional excitement is another important cause of cerebral hemorrhage. Among a group of patients, nearly 25% suffered cerebral hemorrhage due to anger and emotional excitement. This is mainly due to the increased heart rate and sudden increase in blood pressure when one is emotionally excited.

3. Increased abdominal pressure: Excessive increase in abdominal pressure can cause cerebral hemorrhage. Most of the cases in the bathroom are caused by excessive increase in abdominal pressure. Especially for those with hypertension and constipation, excessive breath holding during defecation will cause a sudden increase in abdominal pressure and trigger cerebral hemorrhage.

4. Taking a hot bath. Taking a hot bath can cause cerebral hemorrhage, which often happens in the bathroom. It may be due to the expansion of blood vessels and accelerated cerebral blood flow during a hot bath.

5. Smoking: Long-term smoking can promote arteriosclerosis and increase the fragility of blood vessels. In special circumstances, heavy smoking can cause changes in the cardiovascular and nervous systems, leading to cerebral hemorrhage.

From this we can see that if we want to have a healthy body, we should pay more attention to the details that can be avoided in life, such as taking hot baths, emotional excitement, smoking and drinking as mentioned above. These points are also quite common in life. So for your own health, please cherish life, drink less, smoke less, and do more things that are good for your health.
