6. Massage your forehead. Use your index finger, middle finger and ring finger to gently massage your forehead horizontally. Do 10 times back and forth to relax your forehead.

7. Press down on the inner corner of the eye with your thumb. Use your thumb to press down the inner corner of your eye to tighten the eyelid muscles, but make sure your eyes are relaxed. Do this three times, each time for three seconds.

8. Press gently from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. To tighten the skin around the eyes, be sure to press down along the bone line under the eyes. Press from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner of the eye, from inside to outside, do it 3 times, 3 seconds each time.

9. Massage eyelids along the brow bone. Use your index finger to lightly press both eyebrows, and massage along the bone above the eyes to the end of the eyes. Do the same three times, each time for 3 seconds.
