Rare gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting, abdominal distension, rash, increased serum aminotransferase, etc. 2 Occasionally, hearing loss, tinnitus or fullness in the ears (ototoxicity), hematuria, significantly reduced urination frequency or urine volume, loss of appetite, extreme thirst (nephrotoxicity), unsteady gait, dizziness (ototoxicity, vestibular effects), difficulty breathing, drowsiness, and extreme weakness (neuromuscular blockade) may occur. Note: 1. Systemic infections caused by sensitive bacteria should be treated by injection. 2 This product should be used with caution in the following situations: patients with dehydration, damage to the eighth cranial nerve, myasthenia gravis or Parkinson's disease, renal impairment and ulcerative colitis. 3. Cross-allergy: Patients who are allergic to an aminoglycoside antibiotic such as streptomycin or amikacin may be allergic to this product. 3. Use with caution in newborns.
