Because the incisions are small, as long as the dressings on the three wounds are kept dry, if there are curling, moisture, contamination, or allergies to the dressing covering after discharge, the dressing can be removed by yourself.

2. Most importantly, you cannot shower within 10 days after surgery. If the wound becomes inflamed, you should go to the nearest hospital for outpatient treatment in time, and the doctor will perform routine treatment.

3. Because of anesthesia, some people are particularly sensitive to anesthetics, which may cause dizziness, vomiting and other phenomena. These are generally normal reactions. After the drug effect period, these symptoms will be alleviated and even disappear. For example, if the first time you eat liquid food after surgery and it causes vomiting, you need to observe the color of the vomit. If it is a dark green liquid, it is generally bile (simply don't eat, it will be fine the next day). If it is dark red or brown, you must be alert and keep the vomit for the nurse to check.

4. If there is pain in the abdomen or upper shoulder, it is also a postoperative syndrome, which is usually caused by the diaphragm nerves radiating to the shoulders. This is because carbon dioxide gas will be injected into the patient's abdominal cavity during the operation, thereby lifting the affected abdomen, which is conducive to the performance of minimally invasive cutting surgery. If the patient can walk around to the best of his ability, doing some light exercise will also help the gas to be gradually discharged.
