How to use a light wave oven

How to use a light wave oven

I believe many people know about microwave ovens, but rarely hear of light wave ovens. This light wave oven is actually an upgraded version of the microwave oven, but its working principle is different from that of the microwave oven, otherwise how could it be an upgraded version? It can generate huge heat in an instant and save electricity. Many people feel that the food heated up in a microwave oven is very dry, as if all the moisture inside has evaporated. However, a microwave oven can retain the moisture in the food, allowing the food to retain its nutrients.

Although this is a household cooking stove, the method of use is also different. Generally, when you buy a microwave oven, there will be corresponding instructions, but many people generally do not like to read the instructions and use it without authorization. This is wrong. You should use it after reading the instructions. Otherwise, problems will arise if you use it incorrectly.

1. A variety of high-temperature resistant containers can be used in the light wave oven, but if you choose microwave cooking power, it is best not to use metal or metal-containing containers. Because metal reflects microwaves, not only does it make food more difficult to cook, but the reflected microwaves can also damage the components of the microwave oven, affecting its service life.

2. If you cook frozen food, thaw it first. Things to note when thawing: ① Use microwave at low power to thaw evenly; ② For foods of varying thickness, pause for a while when thawing halfway to prevent a certain part from being cooked, and then continue thawing; ③ Do not thaw too much food at one time, nor too thick. The thickness of meat foods should not exceed 3 cm, and the thickness of other foods should not exceed 5 to 7 cm.

3. Avoid using a microwave oven to heat sealed canned or bagged foods, as this can easily cause the sealed products to explode or rupture, except for specially marked microwave foods. If you put plastic wrap on the container containing food to prevent moisture evaporation, you should poke some small holes in it.

4. Avoid using a microwave oven to fry food. Fried foods generally require slow heating, but light waves and microwaves heat very quickly, which can easily lead to danger.

The above is an introduction to the use of the light wave oven. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. There are also some taboos in the use of microwave ovens, so when using a microwave oven, some things cannot be placed inside to heat, otherwise if an explosion occurs, it will endanger people's lives. Therefore, we must be careful when using electrical appliances that we often come into contact with in life.
