What tea can nourish the stomach

The fast-paced lifestyle has caused many people to have stomach problems prematurely. It can be said that more than half of the population now has gastrointestinal diseases of one kind or another. If there is something wrong with the stomach, it will actually have a great impact on a person's health. Therefore, daily stomach care is actually very important. We know that there are actually many ways to care for the stomach. Drinking tea is one of the ways to nourish the stomach.

Of course, not all teas have the function of nourishing the stomach. If you drink tea in an improper way, it will also cause great trouble to your stomach. So what kind of tea can nourish the stomach in daily life?

Common teas are mainly divided into several categories, such as green tea, clear tea (including oolong tea, Tieguanyin, Dahongpao), black tea, and dark tea (Pu'er tea). This is basically divided according to the degree of tea fermentation from low to high. Generally speaking, Tieguanyin among green tea and clear tea is cool tea due to its low degree of fermentation; Oolong tea and Dahongpao among clear tea are neutral teas, while black tea and Pu'er tea are warm teas.

Urban patients who are in sub-health should drink neutral or warm teas such as Dahongpao, black tea and Pu'er. It is best to add some milk to the tea to make it into milk tea for better results. If your blood sugar is not high, you can also consider adding sugar to your tea. Some people may have poor absorption function and may suffer from diarrhea after drinking milk tea. In that case, they should only drink ripe Pu'er tea (with a high degree of fermentation), because ripe Pu'er tea will produce many trace elements after fermentation, which can promote appetite and absorption.

If it is winter, it is suitable to drink some black tea, which is very effective in nourishing the stomach. Many people who like to drink light green tea are reluctant to try the strong-flavored black tea, as they think it tastes too bitter and seems to lack the lightness of tea. However, it is better to drink black tea in winter. Black tea is a fully fermented tea. Its heavy taste is its characteristic and also its benefit. It is especially suitable for drinking in winter.

Many people are not used to the bitter taste and dark color of black tea. If you want to make black tea lighter, you can mainly adjust the amount of tea leaves and water added. For most people, 3 to 5 grams of tea leaves are enough. Those who prefer a lighter taste can put less, ensuring that the ratio of tea to water is 1:50. That is to say, if you put 3 grams of black tea, you should use 150 ml of water to brew it. Black tea is best paired with a porcelain cup for the best visual and taste effects. It is recommended that you brew each cup of tea for 3 to 5 minutes.

Reminder: Black tea is not suitable for drinking after it has cooled down, as this will affect its stomach-warming effect and may also reduce its nutritional content due to being left for too long. It is best to use an open cup to brew black tea. Do not wait until the water in the cup is all gone before adding hot water. It is best to add water when there is about 1/3 of water left in order to dilute the tea leaves and keep the temperature and concentration of the tea appropriate. Each cup of black tea tastes best if you add water three times.

There is actually no definite answer to what kind of tea is good for the stomach. For anyone, only by paying attention to the correct way of drinking can better promote physical health. Of course, when drinking tea, it is best to see whether your physical condition is suitable, so as to better promote stomach health.
