Small blisters on hands

Small blisters on hands

I believe that all of you must have encountered the situation of small blisters on your hands, and the blistered areas are very itchy. This is a typical dyshidrotic eczema. Dyshidrosis usually occurs frequently in spring, summer and early autumn because these two seasons are more sensitive. The reason why dyshidrosis occurs has a lot to do with the sensitivity of the human body. Therefore, many friends with allergic constitutions have small blisters on their hands.

Dyshidrotic eczema usually occurs regularly every day. It not only causes small blisters on the hands, but also makes the patient's hand skin very sensitive. In winter, it can also cause dryness and cracking of the hands, causing great harm to the patient.

Therefore, patients with dyshidrotic eczema should control their emotions. Keep a food diary to find out if your dyshidrosis is related to metals, and if so, try to avoid it. When the seasons change, use less water and detergent and more cream. This will help treat herpes.

Treatment of blisters on hands

1. Patients with excessive sweating of hands and feet can use anticholine drugs, such as atropine, belladonna tablets, propantheline, etc.

2. Severe patients can be treated with corticosteroids, such as oral prednisone 10 mg each time, 3 times a day. After the symptoms improve, gradually reduce the dosage and even stop the medication.

3. In the first stage, you can soak in 1:20 compound copper sulfate or 3% alum solution, and then apply zinc oxide ointment.

4. In the second stage, when there are blister lesions, wet or soak the affected area with 0.5% aluminum acetate solution or 5% alum solution, and then apply 5% boric acid ointment.

5. In the third stage, i.e. the weaning period, you can apply 3% salicylic acid ointment, cod liver oil ointment, or corticosteroid ointment or cream externally.

Now that you know the treatment method for dyshidrosis on your hands, if you want to prevent small blisters on your hands, please be careful not to scratch your hands when they are itchy, as this can easily cause infection. Also, pay attention to your usual eating habits and do not eat irritating foods when symptoms of dyshidrosis occur.
