The difference between a microwave oven and a light wave oven

The difference between a microwave oven and a light wave oven

Microwave ovens are now used in many families. People nowadays want to make meals simpler. It will be very convenient if there is a microwave oven, especially for office workers. They can see microwave ovens in their offices. It is very convenient to heat up meals. Lightwave ovens are now very common household appliances. Lightwave ovens are also called lightwave microwave ovens. They heat faster and can better retain the nutrients in food. Let's take a look at the difference between microwave ovens and lightwave ovens.

We use microwave ovens in our daily lives. We all know that it is very easy to eat with a microwave oven. Office workers cannot do without microwave ovens. Now many people are also using light wave ovens. Today we will take a brief look at the difference between microwave ovens and light wave ovens.

1. Different heating methods

(1) The grill tube inside the microwave oven is a magnetron, which is a microwave generator that can generate microwaves with a vibration frequency of 2.45 billion times per second. These microwaves, which are invisible to the naked eye, can penetrate food to a depth of 5 cm and cause the water molecules in the food to move. The violent movement generates a large amount of heat energy, and microwaves heat food from the inside out. The grill tube of the microwave oven is generally made of copper tube or quartz tube. The copper tube is difficult to cool down after heating and can easily cause burns; while the thermal efficiency of the quartz tube is not very high.

(2) A light wave oven is also called a light wave microwave oven. The grill tube of a light wave oven is replaced by a halogen tube (i.e., a light wave tube) instead of a quartz tube or a copper tube. It is heated by the principle of far-infrared heating. After the power is turned on, the infrared component in the oven can generate a high temperature of 600°C-700°C within a few seconds (the maximum temperature of an induction cooker is 300°C). Then, through the imported energy-gathering reflective material, all the light energy is gathered together and reflected onto the oven panel, thereby achieving the purpose of cooking food. The light waves heat the food from the outside to the inside. The light wave oven also cools down quickly, heats more efficiently, and will not burn food, thus ensuring the color of the food.

2. Different effects on the human body

The hazards of light wave oven

1. Eating light-wave foods will lead to a statistically increased incidence of stomach and intestinal cancers, as well as a decrease in the functions of various body tissues, and a decrease in the functions of the digestive and excretory systems.

2. Light wave food will produce new toxic and even carcinogenic compounds. In addition to carcinogens, it also produces a bunch of unknown by-products that cannot be absorbed and utilized by the body. These by-products will remain in the human body for a long time and permanently.

3. The minerals, vitamins and nutrients in food cooked in a microwave oven are greatly reduced, or changed into carcinogens and free radicals that damage the human body, as well as many synthetic substances that cannot be decomposed by the body.

4. Food cooked in a microwave oven can damage brain tissue. The brain transmits information through magnetic waves. If food processed by a microwave oven is consumed for a long time, it will neutralize the brain's magnetic waves, causing brain degeneration and magnetic wave short-circuiting. This is a long-term side effect.

Now do you understand the difference between microwave ovens and light wave ovens? We cannot live without microwave ovens in our daily lives, especially those who go to work and carry lunch with them. With a microwave oven, we can eat hot meals. However, the harm of light wave ovens to us cannot be ignored, so we should use them with caution.
