Semi-fasting therapy

Semi-fasting therapy

Semi-fasting therapy is a new type of diet therapy. The concept of this diet therapy is to achieve the best weight loss effect by controlling diet. Moreover, this diet therapy does not require people who want to lose weight to fast completely. Instead, an effective weight loss plan is formulated within a cycle and implemented step by step according to this plan. This weight loss method is effective and has few side effects on the body. There may be many people who do not know much about this diet therapy.

The half-stage weight loss method was developed by a Japanese scientist using the principles of metabolism. It is a phenomenon in which the food eaten is quickly converted into calories and excreted from the body through diet. This method does not require dieting or vigorous exercise and is deeply loved by people.

Japanese scientists have studied that all calories consumed by the body must be converted into the energy needed by the body by enzymes. This process of releasing substances from the body is commonly known as "metabolism." If the enzyme secretion is too little, the body's metabolic capacity will be reduced, and the food eaten will accumulate in the body intact. This is the main cause of obesity. Implementing a high-enzyme diet to lose weight can prevent weight gain with less effort.

When implementing the semi-fasting therapy, the fruits in the diet can be replaced as long as the calories are similar; try to sweat as much as possible during the fasting period to help improve metabolic function; if fasting for more than a week, the amount of food needs to be increased slowly, and it will take 4 to 5 days to return to the normal amount of food. One of the characteristics of enzymes is that they release a large amount of heat energy during fermentation. Taking an enzyme bath can warm the internal organs and promote blood circulation throughout the body. Therefore, taking an enzyme half-body bath before going to bed can attack both the inside and the outside, making weight loss more efficient. Helps open pores to expel waste. This method has the following effects: maintaining the body's potential enzymes, allowing all organs to rest, purifying the large intestine, refreshing the blood, strengthening immunity, etc.

The above is an introduction to the semi-fasting therapy. During the implementation of this diet therapy, people should drink more water, defecate more frequently, do not hold urine, and do not easily use some weight loss effects. Of course, do not drink irritating foods, and do not engage in strenuous exercise. If you are a patient with gastric ulcer, do not use this method to lose weight.
