Why does bleeding occur when brushing teeth?

If facial perfection is the most important, then the second most important thing is teeth, because no one does not talk or smile. A person without a smile can be said to give people a serious attitude and make people not want to get close to him. Therefore, the first element of being a flight attendant is smiling. Of course, the evaluation standard of the smile is the eight neatly exposed teeth, so teeth whitening and disease care are also particularly important.

However, if you don't care about the damage to your teeth or gums, and only focus on the beauty of your appearance, this flashy beauty will not last long. If one morning, when you are brushing your teeth in front of the mirror, you find blood stains while brushing, it means that there is a problem with your gums. Bleeding when brushing teeth is caused by periodontal disease, such as periodontitis. Symptoms of bleeding when brushing teeth may occur when periodontitis is not yet obvious. If bleeding when brushing teeth is not treated as soon as possible, it may further cause loose teeth. Therefore, if bleeding teeth occur, find a solution as soon as possible.

1. Maintain a regular habit of brushing your teeth: The most scientific habit of brushing your teeth is once in the morning and once in the evening. Brushing too much or too little is not good for dental care.

2. Temporarily use a children's toothbrush: When your teeth bleed when brushing, try to use a soft-bristled brush. A children's toothbrush is a more convenient choice. Don't buy a substandard toothbrush just to save money.

3. Dietary nutrition needs to be balanced: Bleeding teeth are related to diet. Lack of vitamins often causes loose teeth and bleeding gums. If necessary, take some vitamin tablets. Eat more carrots, tomatoes and other foods.

4. Don’t use toothpicks: Toothpicks are very harmful to teeth. If it is not absolutely necessary, don’t use toothpicks. You can use dental floss instead of a toothpick.

5. Use mouthwash: If you are busy at work and don’t have time to brush your teeth, you can use mouthwash. Of course, mouthwash cannot completely replace toothpaste, it is just an emergency solution.

6. Rule out other diseases: such as weakness, fever, hepatosplenomegaly, systemic lymphadenopathy, loss of appetite, progressive systemic functional failure, etc. These diseases may occur at the same time as tooth bleeding. If you experience physical discomfort other than dental problems, you should see a doctor as soon as possible to rule them out.

7. Relax your body and mind: Work pressure and mental tension will aggravate tooth bleeding, so when symptoms of tooth bleeding occur, you should relax yourself, reduce work hours, increase entertainment time, and ensure adequate sleep.

Most of the problems that cause bleeding when brushing teeth are caused by gum problems. The gums can be said to be the protective cover of the teeth, but if the gums bleed frequently, it is a warning that there is a problem with your teeth and it needs timely treatment. If left untreated, the number of bleeding points will gradually increase over time, and treatment will become very difficult.
