Many acne patients like to squeeze pimples with their hands. 4. Hypertrophic convex scars:

It is usually determined by the congenital constitution, is the most difficult to treat, and is prone to relapse. This type of scar is the exact opposite of a pit-shaped scar. It is an overly thickened scar that leaves obvious red protrusions where acne occurred. It looks red and swollen, and what’s more serious is that it will slowly grow due to scratching or external stimulation. It often occurs in people with special physical conditions. Because the fibroblasts in the dermis of their skin are too active, they overreact during the wound healing process. As a result, after the dermis is injured due to inflammation, it does not become concave but bulges out, turning into hypertrophic skin tissue hyperplasia.

5. Pigmented acne marks:

Black and white plane scars are a general term for pigmented scars and depigmented scars. Black and white plane scars are mostly caused by mild burns, scalds and abrasions, and the pathology is in the epidermis and superficial dermis.
