Can cervical cancer be detected by checking leucorrhea

Cervical cancer is preventable and curable in my country. Cervical cancer cannot be detected by checking leucorrhea. For cervical cancer screening, cervical TCT and HPV tests should be performed, that is, cervical liquid-based cytology and human papillomavirus tests. If lesions on cervical cells occur, further colposcopy can be performed for diagnosis. Cervical cancer examination mainly relies on cervical exfoliated cell examination, high-risk human papilloma DNA detection, colposcopy and cervical biopsy. Of course, the most accurate diagnosis is cervical biopsy. Usually, the secretion is more and has a peculiar smell. If you go to the hospital for examination and do a routine leucorrhea examination, cervical cancer cannot be detected. Routine leucorrhea examination only checks whether there is vaginal inflammation.

Cervical cancer staging and treatment

Cervical cancer requires a comprehensive individualized plan based on clinical staging, patient age, fertility requirements, general condition, medical technology level, and equipment conditions. Currently, cervical cancer is clinically treated using the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics staging standards, and different staging treatments are also different. In stage III cervical cancer, the tumor has spread to the pelvic wall, and there is no gap between the tumor and the pelvic cavity when performing a rectal scan.

What should I do if cervical cancer recurs after radiotherapy after surgery?

As a malignant tumor, cervical cancer may recur after radiotherapy. The specific probability of recurrence is not completely certain. Relatively speaking, the probability of recurrence of early cervical cancer after radiotherapy is relatively low, but if the stage is relatively late, the probability of recurrence is relatively high, and regular follow-up should be performed after radiotherapy. If the stage of cervical cancer is relatively high, and the type is some special types, such as cervical adenocarcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, etc., in addition, if there are lymph node metastases, etc., then the recurrence rate and metastasis rate will be high after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. According to your description, if it recurs, it means that the cancer cells have metastasized. Once the cancer cells recur and metastasize, you must pay close attention to treat the recurrence site to ensure that the cancer cells do not continue to spread.
