1. Carcinoma in situ

Young patients can have 1~2cm of the vaginal apex removed at the same time.

2 Early invasive cancer

Extended total hysterectomy, that is, hysterectomy and 1~2cm vaginal top length.

3. Invasive cancer

Radiation therapy, surgery, or surgery combined with radiation therapy is selected based on the clinical stage, patient age and general condition, and specific technical and equipment conditions.

(1) Radiotherapy

It is suitable for stage Ib cervical cancer and later, combining internal and external radiotherapy. The internal radiation source is cavity radiation or 137Cs, which is mainly aimed at primary cervical lesions, and the general dose is about 60,000 mg/h. 60 types of external radiation sources Co, linear accelerators or electron rotation accelerators are mainly used for transfer furnaces, including pelvic lymph node drainage areas, and the dose is generally 60GY. For early cervical cancer, internal irradiation is performed first; for advanced cervical cancer, especially when the tumor is large, bleeding is heavy, or accompanied by infection, external irradiation is performed first.

(2) Surgical treatment

Extensive total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. Stage Ib-IIa, especially young patients who need to preserve ovarian function (because the chance of cervical cancer metastasizing to the ovaries is extremely small); patients with pregnancy, cervical inflammation or ovarian tumors who are not suitable for radiotherapy; or patients with cervical adenocarcinoma who are not suitable for radiotherapy. Contraindications for patients who are overweight, elderly and weak, and those with chronic cardiovascular, lung and other diseases.

(3) Combined surgery and radiotherapy

After surgery for invasive cervical cancer, lymph node metastasis is confirmed, especially in patients with adenocarcinoma.

4. Anti-cancer Chinese medicine treatment

It can be used as a comprehensive treatment for patients with surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or postoperative recurrence.
