Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma also have many sequelae after radiotherapy. These sequelae include some acute reactions and some late reactions. Some patients may have some sequelae after three months or even half a year, and some patients may maintain it for longer. Most patients will have some dry mouth and some digestive system symptoms. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, at present, has a relatively high survival rate among all cancers. After radiotherapy, according to statistics, the 5-year survival rate is over 56%, and the 10-year survival rate is also over 30%, which is considered relatively good. Five years after radiotherapy for rhinitis, if there is no abnormality in the condition, regular follow-up examinations are mainly required.
