According to the pathological classification standards of lymphatic system tumors of the World Health Organization, there are nearly 70 known pathological types of lymphoma, which can be divided into Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. In China, Hodgkin lymphoma accounts for 9% to 10% of lymphoma and is a group of malignant tumors with good treatment efficacy; non-Hodgkin lymphoma accounts for about 90% of all lymphoma cases, and the incidence rate has been increasing year by year in the past decade.

The incidence of lymphoma is higher than that of other people under the age of 25. 3. There are many reports on genetic factors and the cause of malignant lymphoma, and sometimes obvious family clustering can be seen.

4. Experiments on immunodeficient animals have shown that thymectomy or exposure to anti-lymphoid serum, cytotoxic drugs and radiation can cause their immune function to be long-term low and their tumor incidence to be high.

5. Other factors: Lymphoma is often accompanied by chromosomal abnormalities.
