1. 3. Gastric perforation: If gastric cancer occurs, cancer cells will erode the gastric mucosal tissue, causing inflammation, and irritating symptoms such as abdominal muscle stiffness and abdominal pain will appear.

4. Swollen lymph nodes: During the spread of gastric cancer, diseased cells may erode the common bile duct or cause swollen lymph nodes, resulting in clay-colored stools and possibly constipation.
