Symptoms of bladder cancer

Symptoms of Bladder Cancer:

Bladder cancer is a tumor that grows in the bladder mucosa. Bladder tumors are the most common tumors in the urinary system. Most of them come from epithelial tissue, and 90% are transitional epithelial cancers. Bladder cancer can be divided into carcinoma in situ, papillary carcinoma, and invasive carcinoma. Carcinoma in situ is limited to the mucosa, with no papillae or invasion of the basement membrane. Most metastatic cell carcinomas are papillary, advanced, and often infiltrate the basement membrane. Bladder squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma have a relatively low incidence of invasive cancers.

Bladder cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs on the bladder mucosa and is the most common malignant tumor in the urinary system. The initial clinical manifestation of bladder cancer patients is hematuria, which is usually painless, intermittent, macroscopic hematuria, and sometimes microscopic hematuria, which can be reduced or stopped by itself. Bladder cancer will cause painless hematuria, low back pain, frequent urination, and urgency. In severe cases, symptoms such as hydronephrosis may even occur. There are also symptoms such as lumps, anemia, and low back pain. In severe cases, symptoms of hydronephrosis, hyperhematuria, and dysuria will occur. Usually eat more nutritious foods to supplement nutrition. It is not recommended to fast excessively with meat foods such as fish and shrimp. Eat more cruciferous vegetables: such as broccoli, cauliflower, etc. to help patients recover. Bladder tumor urine has a certain therapeutic effect on epithelial tumors. Usually, you should eat spicy fast food.

Bladder cancer is usually treated with transurethral bladder tumor resection, followed by intravesical chemotherapy and regular postoperative follow-up. For muscle-invasive bladder cancer, if the tumor invades the detrusor muscle of the bladder, radical cystectomy and urinary diversion are the first choice. There is also partial bladder resection. The indications are mainly large tumors, wide tumor pedicles or transurethral bladder tumors.
