It manifests as sudden pelvic pain, nausea, vomiting, and even shock. Once diagnosed, surgery is required immediately. The second is tumor rupture. Symptoms caused by tumor rupture often include severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, etc. The larger the tumor, the higher the risk of rupture. The third is infection, which is often secondary to torsion and rupture.
