What causes triple-negative breast cancer

What causes triple-negative breast cancer?

1. Triple-negative breast cancer is a special type of breast cancer. Its causes are the same as other breast cancers, including some genetic factors and early menstruation, late menopause, and some unmarried women or women who do not breastfeed after giving birth. These are all related to acquired eating habits, such as long-term high-calorie, high-protein, high-fat diets, environmental pollution, lack of trace elements, or high mental stress.

2. The immunohistochemistry results of triple-negative breast cancer, i.e. HER2 receptor negative, estrogen receptor negative and progesterone receptor negative, are called triple-negative breast cancer, and the prognosis is not ideal.

3. Triple-negative breast cancer refers to the results of immunohistochemistry, estrogen receptor negative, HER2 receptor negative and progesterone receptor negative.

What are the nursing measures for breast cancer patients?

Breast cancer patients must perform good upper limb function exercises to avoid upper limb motor dysfunction caused by flap adhesion. They are required to move their wrists within 24 hours after surgery and perform upper limb muscle contraction exercises 1-3 days after surgery. They should pay attention to healthy diet, psychological problems, wound healing, disease progression, body position, and ward care after surgery. Breast cancer patients are still at risk of recurrence after treatment.

Breast cancer screening methods

After the age of 40, the breasts shrink and fat increases, which is more conducive to mammography examination. Therefore, it is recommended that all women over 40, even if they are normal, should go to a specialist hospital for breast mammography screening. It is generally recommended to have a breast mammography examination every 1 to 2 years to detect early breast cancer.

Ultrasound examination can help you understand the classification of breast nodules and identify breast cancer at an early stage.
