What are the symptoms of lymphoma and how to detect early lymphoma

What are the symptoms of lymphoma? How to detect early lymphoma?

1. The main symptom of lymphoma is the swollen lymph nodes felt on the body. In the early stage, they are painless and itchy, so they are often ignored. About 60% of lymphomas are first found in the swollen lymph nodes in the neck. At the beginning, only one swollen node is swollen, but the number gradually increases and the swelling becomes larger. Lymphoma can occur in lymphatic tissues throughout the body, such as the chin, mandible, front neck, supraclavicular, armpit, groin, mediastinum or abdominal artery, and sometimes it occurs in internal organs and causes compression symptoms.

2. If it occurs in the stomach, small intestine or large intestine, there may be symptoms of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal dysfunction such as abdominal distension, bloody stool, vomiting, abdominal pain, etc.; if lymphoma invades the bone marrow, it may cause pancytopenia such as pale complexion, fever, abnormal bleeding, and sometimes abnormal lymphocytes can be seen in the peripheral blood.

How can we detect the early signs of lymphoma?

1. "The early symptoms of lymphoma are very similar to many common colds and other 'minor illnesses', and some early signals are particularly worthy of attention." The most obvious symptom of lymphoma is painless swelling of lymph nodes in the neck, armpits or groin.

2. If you experience painless swelling of the lymph nodes in the upper body, chills, abnormal body temperature, especially high fever at night, weight loss, loss of appetite, lack of strength, cough, difficulty breathing, itchy skin, swollen tonsils, headaches, etc. within a month, you should be alert to the possibility of lymphoma. "Moreover, malignant lymphoma is more hidden and difficult to detect, so it is easy to misdiagnose if the examination is not comprehensive."
