Bad breath during adolescence: Women with bad breath are mainly girls during puberty. This is because women’s ovarian function is underdeveloped, sex hormone levels are low, the resistance of oral tissues decreases, the mouth becomes dry, and bad breath is easily caused.

Drinking tea can remove bad breath. When drinking tea, savor it more, that is, let the tea stay in your mouth for a while. Tea can effectively inhibit the growth of oral bacteria, and the tea fragrance will dilute some of the smell of bad breath. If your bad breath is not serious, drinking more tea is very effective.

Drinking plenty of water can keep your mouth moist. Adding a slice of lemon to water can stimulate saliva secretion and reduce bad breath caused by anaerobic bacteria produced by nasal congestion, dry mouth or residual food in the mouth.
