2. Gene mutation: Gene mutation is the main cause of pancreatic cancer. According to relevant research, patients carrying genes such as BRCA1 and BRCA2 may develop pancreatic cancer and are more likely to develop pancreatic cancer than ordinary people.

3. Heredity: Pancreatic cancer may have a family hereditary tendency. Generally, if a first-degree relative is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, the incidence rate of the offspring is higher. If a second-degree relative is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, it may also be passed on to the next generation, but the probability is significantly lower than that of a first-degree relative. Some patients have pancreatic cancer caused by hereditary digestive system diseases, such as familial adenomatous polyposis, familial mucocutaneous pigmented gastrointestinal polyposis, etc.

Some pancreatic cancer patients may also develop from diabetes and other diseases, so patients with underlying diseases are advised to go to the hospital for regular check-ups, and if precancerous lesions are found, they need timely treatment.
