Wash the pigeon meat and chop it into puree; wash the wolfberry and glutinous rice, put them into a casserole, add the pigeon puree and appropriate amount of water, simmer the porridge over low heat, add fine salt, MSG, sesame oil when the porridge is ready, and mix well.
