What are the typical symptoms of liver cancer rupture and bleeding?

The typical clinical manifestations of liver cancer rupture and bleeding are:

1. Upper abdominal pain and sudden bleeding in the abdominal cavity. 5% of the above patients experience sudden severe pain in the right upper abdomen, which quickly extends from the liver area to the entire abdomen, and the pain may involve the right shoulder.

2. Most patients have obvious signs of peritoneal irritation, and shifting dullness can be heard; if the amount of bleeding is large, it may cause syncope and shock.

3. Some patients have progressive abdominal distension, which is related to bloody ascites and peritoneal irritation. There are also atypical gastrointestinal symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea.

4. Tenderness in the liver area and localized fat tension may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, pale complexion, cold sweat, dizziness, palpitations, accelerated pulse, decreased blood pressure, and other hypovolemia. If the rupture of liver cancer is small and bleeding is slow, it may show no hypovolemia, or only mild pain in the liver area - which will resolve on its own after 5 days.

5. Liver cancer ruptures, penetrates the capsule and enters the abdominal cavity, manifesting as sudden pain, which then subsides and spreads to the entire abdomen, accompanied by acute bleeding and peritonitis, such as abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, vomiting, pallor, cold sweat, accelerated pulse, tense abdominal muscles, and positive motor turbidity.
