Toothache causes headache

Toothache causes headache

If a toothache occurs, you must not ignore it, because toothache is caused by many reasons, and the specific cause can only be known after examination. Many people will suffer from headaches if they are not careful during toothache. This is a very common complication. Once it occurs, you should find a way to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. You can take some anti-inflammatory drugs to treat it.

7. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic: 120 grams of aged vinegar and 6 grams of peppercorns, boil with water, let cool, gargle several times, can reduce inflammation and relieve pain.

8. Take an appropriate amount of beehive, add an appropriate amount of pure alcohol, ignite it, and when the beehive is burned into black ash, dip your finger in the black ash and apply it to the affected tooth. It usually takes 4 to 5 minutes to relieve the pain.

9. Take 1-2 pills of Liushen Pills, grind them into powder and place them on the gums of the affected teeth for 5-10 minutes, once a day, usually not more than 3 times.

10. Put 100 grams of white wine in a cup, add 10 grams of salt and stir. After the salt is dissolved, bring to a boil. Cool it slightly, hold a mouthful in the painful area (do not swallow it), and the toothache will stop immediately.

11. How to quickly relieve toothache caused by pulpitis and periodontitis: Mash the garlic, warm it, and apply it to the painful area.

12. Avoid hot compresses

Hot compresses may relieve toothaches, but they may also cause bacteria and inflammation in healthy teeth, worsening their condition.

13. Protect injured teeth

If the toothache is caused by dental trauma, try not to touch the injured tooth when eating. If the injury is minor, letting the tooth rest for a while will restore the chewing function.

14. Open your mouth less

When cold air comes into contact with problematic teeth, you will feel toothache. Don't open your mouth wide when speaking, and cover your mouth when yawning to avoid severe toothache.

15. Ice compress

Take a piece of ice and press it on the "V" area where the thumb and index finger bones are connected; for 5 to 7 minutes, this method can interfere with the impulse conduction of the toothache nerve and relieve toothache. Also, you can apply ice to the cheek closest to the toothache. Apply ice for 15 minutes each time, at least 3 to 4 times a day.

16. Gargle

Be sure to remove food debris and soft scale in your mouth in a timely manner. If food residue is stuck between teeth, rinse your mouth vigorously with warm water. If that doesn't work, use dental floss to remove it.
