7 symptoms suggestive of endometrial cancer

If you have seven symptoms at the same time, including abnormal uterine bleeding, abnormal vaginal discharge, pelvic pain, weight loss, frequent or difficult urination, abdominal mass, fatigue and weakness, it may indicate the presence of endometrial cancer. However, it is not possible to confirm the diagnosis in time based on symptoms. You still need to see a doctor in time and pass relevant examinations to have the doctor make the judgment.

1. Abnormal uterine bleeding: Postmenopausal bleeding or abnormal bleeding during non-menstrual periods are common symptoms of endometrial cancer. If abnormal uterine bleeding occurs, you should immediately seek medical attention for detailed examinations, such as endometrial biopsy.

2. Abnormal vaginal discharge: A large amount of thin, bloody or smelly vaginal discharge occurs during the non-menstrual period. If abnormal vaginal discharge is found, you should go to the gynecology department in time to rule out the possibility of endometrial cancer.

3. Pelvic pain: Continuous or intermittent pain in the pelvic area may indicate endometrial cancer. If pelvic pain occurs, you should see a doctor as soon as possible and undergo pelvic ultrasound and other examinations to determine the cause.

4. Weight loss: Unexplained rapid weight loss may be a warning sign of cancer. After excluding other causes, rapid weight loss should be taken seriously and cancer screening should be performed in a timely manner.

5. Frequent urination or difficulty urinating: The tumor compresses the bladder or urethra, causing urination problems. If frequent urination or difficulty urinating occurs, a urological and gynecological examination should be performed.

6. Abdominal mass: If you feel a hard mass in the abdomen or pelvic area, you should be alert to the possibility of a tumor. Perform imaging examinations such as CT or MRI in time to determine the nature of the mass.

7. Fatigue and weakness: Persistent fatigue and weakness may be a systemic manifestation of endometrial cancer. If you feel fatigued for a long time, you should have a comprehensive physical examination to rule out serious diseases such as cancer.

In order to detect and treat endometrial cancer in time, you should seek medical attention when relevant symptoms appear, and receive treatment and intervention according to the doctor's advice. At the same time, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and regular physical examinations can help detect the disease early and protect your health.
