What are the early screening methods for prostate cancer

Prostate cancer can be generally divided into four types according to the different symptoms of patients, including acute bacterial prostate cancer, chronic bacterial prostate cancer, chronic prostate cancer pain syndrome and asymptomatic prostate cancer. After suffering from prostate cancer, patients will have symptoms of fever, accompanied by clinical manifestations of general fatigue, frequent urination, urgency and even urinary retention. Since prostate cancer has a great impact on the health of patients, it is necessary to conduct early screening for prostate cancer in patients so that they can be treated in time.

Here are some screening methods for prostate cancer.

First, the patient's rectum needs to be examined. If you feel pain when pressing the patient's rectum, or if the temperature of the patient's rectum continues to rise, it means that the patient may have acute prostate cancer.

Secondly, the patient's prostate fluid needs to be routinely examined. When examining prostate fluid, wet image method and blood cell counting plate method are usually used for microscopic examination. When choosing the examination method, it is best to use the blood cell counting plate method because this examination method has higher accuracy.

Third, urinalysis and urine sediment examination. The purpose of this examination is mainly to detect whether the patient's urinary tract is infected. If the patient has symptoms of urinary tract infection, then the patient is very likely to have prostate cancer.

Fourth, bacteriological examination can also help with screening. To see if the patient has prostate cancer, the patient should be asked to drink more water before the prostate cancer examination, and then collect the patient's urine, the amount of which should be between 10ml and 200ml, and then stop urinating, do prostate massage and collect prostate fluid, and by detecting bacteria in the urine, it can be determined whether the patient has prostate cancer.

The above are four methods for screening prostate cancer. Prostate cancer will not only cause patients to have symptoms of difficulty urinating, but in severe cases it will also affect the patient's bladder, vascular nerve bundles and seminal vesicles. Therefore, early screening for prostate cancer is very necessary, which can help everyone detect the disease as early as possible and receive timely treatment.
