How to judge the early and late stages of lung cancer and understand the symptoms of lung cancer at different stages

Lung cancer is a disease caused by malignant tumors in the trachea and lungs of the patient. The morbidity and mortality of this disease are very high, and it is difficult to treat. If it is an early stage lung cancer patient, it is still possible to cure; but if it is a late stage lung cancer patient, you can only try your best to prolong your life. This disease requires long-term and continuous treatment. If this symptom occurs, the patient will have coughing, coughing up blood, and difficulty breathing.

There are many causes of lung cancer. It may be caused by long-term smoking, or by inhaling air containing carcinogens during daily travel or by carcinogens in the diet. However, the incidence of this disease is still the highest for patients who smoke for a long time. Lung cancer is also divided into early and late stages. The symptoms of lung cancer at different stages are also different. For patients with early lung cancer, the possibility of cure is greater. If symptoms of lung cancer are found, they must be treated early to avoid delaying to the late stage. So what are the symptoms of lung cancer at different stages?

1. Early stage. Patients with early stage lung cancer will have symptoms of cough, hemoptysis, chest and back pain and fever. These are the main symptoms of early stage lung cancer. It is because of the presence of malignant tumors in the patient's lungs, which compress the body's tissues and other organs, causing chest and back pain. At the same time, the patient's lung function is damaged, and there will be symptoms of coughing and hemoptysis. These are all symptoms of early stage lung cancer. Patients with early stage lung cancer are relatively lucky because they are found in time, and they will be more certain about the treatment and have a greater chance of recovery.

2. Late stage. For patients with late-stage lung cancer, its symptoms are more obvious than those in the early stage. For patients with late-stage lung cancer, the erosion of the tumor will compress the nerves in the throat, causing hoarseness. At the same time, due to the large amount of pleural effusion in late-stage patients, shortness of breath will occur. If the tumor spreads, it will also cause compression of the heart and cause edema of the face and neck. For patients with late-stage lung cancer, it is impossible to cure the disease. Surgery or chemotherapy can only be used to prevent the tumor from spreading further and prolong the patient's life, but in the process, the patient will also suffer a lot of pain.
