What are the symptoms of liver cancer? To prevent liver cancer, do not eat four things

The most typical symptom of liver cancer is feeling tired and weak for no reason and losing weight. In the early stage of liver cancer, the first thing patients feel is physical fatigue. Compared with fatigue caused by other reasons, the fatigue caused by liver cancer cannot be eliminated even if the patient lies down and rests quietly.

Always tired, be careful of liver cancer

Cancer cells damage the liver's storage function. The heat generated by the food consumed by the human body will be absorbed by the intestines, and part of it will be transported to the liver for storage. When our body needs it, it will be transported to all parts of the body. If the liver is invaded by liver cancer cells, the liver's storage function will be damaged and the body's fuel supply will be reduced. On the other hand, due to the continuous expansion of the tumor, it causes digestive tract dysfunction, indigestion, and nutrient absorption disorders, so mental fatigue due to insufficient energy will occur. At present, surgery is still the first choice for early treatment of liver cancer in clinical practice. The smaller the tumor and the more timely it is discovered, the higher its 5-year survival rate. However, at the same time as surgical treatment, attention should be paid to coordinated conditioning with Chinese medicine. Most patients with advanced liver cancer can no longer withstand surgical treatment due to various factors such as physical condition and the spread of cancer. For such patients, conservative treatment is often adopted in clinical practice.

Be careful of liver cancer and these symptoms

1. Central necrosis of cold-heat type liver cancer can cause fever, and patients with advanced liver cancer may have irregular moderate fever.

2. Internal bleeding or rupture of the surface of the cancerous nodule in abdominal-type liver cancer can cause acute abdominal pain or intra-abdominal bleeding. Common rupture of liver cancer at the top of the right lobe of the liver can cause pain in the right lower chest, right shoulder and back, and the pain is aggravated when turning the body position or breathing; if it penetrates into the abdominal cavity, hemorrhagic shock may occur.

3. Early symptoms of liver cancer, typical clinical liver cancer is asymmetric enlargement of the liver, hard and irregular texture, and rapid growth. Late-stage patients often have obvious cirrhosis, portal hypertension, ascites, jaundice, and cachexia. People with a history of hepatitis, HBsag (+), have aggravated pain in the upper abdomen and liver area before seeing a doctor, especially after meals, accompanied by loss of appetite, weight loss, and lack of energy;

4. Symptoms of liver cancer: Early liver cancer, early or subclinical liver cancer, small tumors, often in hidden locations, patients often have no symptoms, and are only discovered accidentally during physical examinations. Patients may have some non-specific manifestations, such as upper abdominal discomfort and fullness.

5. Differential diagnosis of primary liver cancer and gastrointestinal bleeding: Gastrointestinal bleeding is often the cause of death from advanced liver cancer.

6. Jaundice. Jaundice is a major cause of liver cancer. The cause of jaundice is that the liver cancer tissue beside the bile duct penetrates into the bile duct to form a cancer thrombus, which grows downward and blocks the opening of the opposite hepatic duct or the common bile duct. The cancer thrombus is often accompanied by bleeding, causing biliary colic. A definite space-occupying lesion can be found from CT, but intermittent upper abdominal pain and obstructive jaundice may occur, and sometimes it may be painless and persistent obstructive jaundice.

Four Foods Not to Eat to Prevent Liver Cancer

1. Do not eat moldy food

In spring, food is prone to mold. Aflatoxin in moldy food is a liver cancer-causing substance, which takes only 24 weeks to cause cancer. Therefore, food should be properly stored and discarded immediately once it is moldy, especially soybeans, peanuts, sweet potatoes, sugar cane, etc., which should never be eaten. In addition, peanut oil should not be stored for a long time. If it is found to have a rancid smell, it should not be eaten. Otherwise, it will not only taste bad, but more importantly, it will cause cancer.

2. Do not eat or eat less pickled vegetables

Pickled vegetables such as sauerkraut, pickles, and salted fish are refreshing and appetizing. As the weather gets hotter, people lose their appetite and prefer to eat pickled vegetables with rice. However, pickled vegetables contain a large amount of nitrosamines, which have been shown to be related to the occurrence of liver cancer. It is best not to eat them or eat less. And remember, you must pickle them thoroughly before eating.

3. Do not drink or drink less alcohol

Long-term drinking will cause alcohol to digest the gastric mucosa. Once the gastric cells are damaged, the toxic substances in the food will be easily absorbed by the stomach, which can easily cause alcoholic hepatitis, damage the liver's detoxification function, and even cause alcoholic cirrhosis, which is a risk factor for liver cancer. If moldy peanuts are used as a snack, the possibility of inducing liver cancer will be even greater. Dr. Dong recommends that adult men should not drink more than 2 cups of alcohol per day, and women should not drink more than 1 cup.

4. Animal and vegetable oils should not be eaten after they have gone bad

Stale oils contain malondialdehyde, a chemical component that can generate polymers and react with proteins and deoxyribonucleic acid in the human body, causing protein structure mutations, causing cells with mutated proteins to lose their normal functions and transform into early cancer cells. In addition, malondialdehyde polymers can inhibit
