Foul-smelling vaginal discharge can alert you to cervical cancer. How should you treat early-stage cervical cancer?

The emergence of a disease, I believe there are signs at the beginning, it depends on how you find it, as long as you can find it as soon as possible, I believe the prevention or treatment of the disease will have a good effect. Let's take a look at the signs of cervical cancer.

Symptoms of cervical cancer include:

1. When cancer invades the blood vessels in the stroma, vaginal bleeding begins to occur. The earliest manifestation is a small amount of bleeding or increased vaginal discharge after sexual intercourse or bimanual examination in women of any age. Especially before and after menopause, there is a small amount of intermittent irregular bleeding, and increased bleeding in the late stage, and even fatal bleeding due to erosion of large blood vessels. Generally, exophytic cancer bleeds early and the amount of blood is large, while endophytic cancer bleeds late.

2. Vaginal discharge usually occurs after vaginal bleeding. The initial amount is small and odorless. As the cancerous tissue ruptures, the serous secretions can flow; in the late stage of cancerous tissue necrosis, there is a large amount of pus or rice soup smelly leucorrhea due to infection.

3. Pain is a symptom of advanced cancer. When the cervical tissue is significantly infiltrated and involves the pelvic wall, obturator nerve, lumbar nerve, etc., severe and persistent lumbosacral or sciatic pain will occur. When the pelvic lesions are extensive, the affected lower limbs will swell and ache due to venous and lymphatic reflux.

How to treat early cervical cancer?

Experts say that women must always pay attention to their physical changes in daily life. If there are any abnormalities, they should pay attention to timely examination and treatment. The main treatment methods for early cervical cancer are as follows:

(1) Radiotherapy for cervical cancer. Radiotherapy can be used to treat various cervical cancers, including the cervix and affected vagina, uterine body, paracervical tissue and pelvic lymph nodes.

(2) Treatment of atypical hyperplasia. How should early cervical cancer be treated? Experts say that if the biopsy shows mild atypical hyperplasia, it should be treated as inflammation for the time being, and follow-up scrapings and biopsies should be performed every six months and when necessary. If the lesion persists, it can be observed.

(3) Treatment of carcinoma in situ. If it is carcinoma in situ, total hysterectomy is generally recommended, with preservation of both ovaries; simultaneous removal of 1-2 cm of the vagina is also recommended.

(4) Treatment of invasive cancer. How to treat the early stage of cervical cancer? The treatment of invasive cancer should be selected according to the clinical stage, age, physical condition and equipment conditions. Commonly used treatment methods include radiation therapy, surgery and chemotherapy.

(5) Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment. In the early stages of cervical cancer, attention should be paid to traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Clinical practice has confirmed that ginsenoside Rh2 (Hu Ming Su) can reverse the differentiation of normal cells in cervical cancer cells, regulate the proliferation cycle of tumor cells, regulate immunity, repair the damage caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in tumor patients, and effectively prevent the recurrence and metastasis of cervical cancer. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine treatment is also an important method for treating early cervical cancer.
