What is the connection between menstrual disorders and endometrial cancer? Closely related

Many women have menstrual disorders because of endometrial cancer. The main manifestation of endometrial cancer is menstrual disorders, so women need to be checked when they have menstrual disorders to rule out such a situation. Women also need to pay attention to menstrual hygiene, adjust their work and rest schedules, and pay attention to their diet. In fact, there are many reasons for menstrual disorders. Only by finding out the reasons can you feel more at ease.

Endometrial cancer is common in older women, women with a family history of gynecological cancer, women who have an early menstruation, and women who have a late menopause. There is also a theory that women who have never breastfed will increase the risk of developing the disease, because breastfeeding may not cause ovulation, and the endometrium will be very thin, making it difficult to stimulate endometrial hyperplasia. So, what is the connection between menstrual disorders and endometrial cancer?
The occurrence of endometrial cancer is closely related to menstruation. Menstruation is the regular proliferation and shedding of the endometrium. If the patient does not have menstruation for a long time or has menstruation after amenorrhea, it means that the endometrium is abnormal, which is mainly related to the patient's hormones. If the patient's menarche is too early or the menstruation is late, the effect of estrogen will be prolonged, which can easily lead to endometrial cancer. Among the malignant tumors of the female reproductive system, the incidence of cervical cancer ranks first, the incidence of endometrial cancer ranks second, and the third is ovarian cancer.
90% of endometrial cancers will have warning signs of abnormal bleeding, such as heavier menstrual bleeding, bleeding after menopause, or irregular menstrual cycles. If these symptoms occur for more than three consecutive months, there is a possibility of precancerous lesions such as endometrial hyperplasia, and you should seek medical attention as soon as possible.
Symptoms of endometrial cancer are mainly abnormal vaginal bleeding, including heavy menstrual bleeding, postmenopausal bleeding, or irregular menstrual cycles. Women who are entering menopause or before menopause should pay attention to whether they have bleeding between periods. Do not ignore it as irregular menstrual periods before menopause, and miss the opportunity for early examination and treatment. In addition, endometrial cancer may also cause pain due to tumor compression. Common pain symptoms include lower abdominal pain, urinary pain, or sexual intercourse pain.
There are three main ways to diagnose endometrial cancer:
1. Segmental curettage
First, use a small scraper to scrape the cervical tissue, then enter the uterine cavity to scrape the endometrium and perform an examination to see if there is any invasion of the cervix.
2. Hysteroscopy
Use a hysteroscopy endoscope to directly observe lesions in the uterine cavity. It can also be used for biopsy.
3. Ultrasound examination
Used to check whether the endometrium is abnormally thickened, which may indicate the occurrence of lesions.
