2. What should not be eaten with coix seed?

2. Soybeans: Job's tears contain a lot of protein, and soybeans contain a component called trypsin, which will inhibit the absorption of protein, thereby reducing the nutritional value of Job's tears.

3. Kelp: Job's tears has a good dehumidifying function, but eating too much kelp will produce a certain amount of moisture. Eating them together will reduce their respective nutritional effects and can easily cause symptoms of varicose veins and congestion.

3. What is the best thing to eat with coix seed?

1. Lamb: Eating coix seed and lamb together has a good effect of strengthening the spleen and kidney, replenishing qi and tonifying deficiency.
