Among them, the extensive stage mainly refers to the disease that exceeds one side of the chest cavity. The patient has pericardial effusion and can metastasize to distant places. The treatment effect of the patient after the extensive stage will not be very ideal, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy are mainly performed. If the patient is in stage I, he should be treated as soon as possible. The treatment effect is best during this period. Surgery can be used, or chemotherapy can be used first and then surgery.

3. Edema of the face and neck <br/>Under normal circumstances, there is a superior vena cava on the right side of the mediastinum. If the tumor invades the right side of the mediastinum, it will compress the superior vena cava and the patient will become distended. As the disease progresses, it will also develop into edema of the face and neck.
