Can B-ultrasound show early endometrial cancer? B-ultrasound is not typical

The early ultrasound manifestations of endometrial cancer are not typical, and many patients have normal ultrasound manifestations. Some patients may have atypical phenomena, such as uneven endometrial echo and slight endometrial thickening, and sometimes nodular objects may be seen, but this cannot be used to diagnose endometrial cancer.

More and more women are suffering from endometrial cancer. As one of the common gynecological malignancies, the occurrence of this disease is closely related to excessive estrogen levels. If it is in the early stage of the disease, the clinical symptoms are usually not very obvious, and the condition can be confirmed through clinical examinations, such as B-ultrasound examinations. So can B-ultrasound show early endometrial cancer?
1. Does early B-ultrasound show endometrial cancer? <br/>Early B-ultrasound manifestations of endometrial cancer are not typical. Some patients may show normal reports in early B-ultrasound examinations. If there are some atypical conditions, it often shows uneven echo of the endometrium and slight thickening of the endometrium. Sometimes nodular objects can also be seen, but this cannot be used to diagnose endometrial cancer. At this time, a comprehensive judgment should be made based on the symptoms of the patient, such as irregular uterine bleeding, irregular menstruation, or prolonged menstruation. These can only indicate that there is a problem with the endometrium, and other tests are required to confirm the diagnosis.
2. What tests can be done to detect early endometrial cancer?
1. Diagnostic curettage <br/>Diagnostic curettage is the gold standard for diagnosing endometrial cancer. This examination method can be used to diagnose the disease in the early stage. If the thickness of the patient's endometrium is about one centimeter, then it is necessary to take endometrial tissue for pathological examination to see if there are cancer cells. If there are indeed cancer cells, it means that you have endometrial cancer and you should receive effective treatment in time.
2. Hysteroscopy <br/>Hysteroscopy can also be performed for early-stage endometrial cancer. This examination can not only observe the condition of the uterine cavity, but also the cervical canal, so as to understand the location and size of the cancer, whether it is localized or diffuse, and whether the cervical canal is involved. If there is any suspicious situation, the diseased tissue can be biopsied for a clear diagnosis.
3. Retroperitoneal lymph node angiography <br/>If endometrial cancer is suspected, retroperitoneal lymph node angiography can be performed in the early stage. This examination method can determine whether there is metastasis in the pelvic and para-aortic lymph nodes, which is very helpful in determining the treatment plan.
