What are the symptoms of endometrial cancer? The most typical symptom is irregular vaginal bleeding

Irregular vaginal bleeding is the most typical symptom of endometrial cancer; secondly, it is accompanied by abnormal leucorrhea, pelvic pain and other symptoms; when the condition is particularly serious, there will be body pain, abdominal mass, anemia and other manifestations; when the disease develops to the late stage, there will be fever, progressive weight loss, cachexia and other systemic failure manifestations.

Endometrial cancer is a disease with a very high incidence and mortality rate. If it is actively treated in the early stage of the disease, the five-year survival rate can reach more than 90%; if the disease develops to the late stage, the prognosis is particularly poor and the risk of death is very high. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the symptoms of endometrial cancer and treat it as soon as possible when abnormalities are found. So what are the symptoms of endometrial cancer?
1. Irregular vaginal bleeding
This is the most typical symptom of endometrial cancer. In the early stage of the disease, patients who have not yet reached menopause will have symptoms of prolonged menstruation, increased menstrual flow, and irregular vaginal bleeding; postmenopausal women will have symptoms of vaginal bleeding. As the disease worsens, the amount of vaginal bleeding will increase; in the late stage, there will be heavy bleeding, which often leads to anemia.
2. Abnormal leucorrhea
After suffering from endometrial cancer, leucorrhea will also be abnormal. In the early stage of the disease, there may be only a small amount of bloody leucorrhea. When the disease is serious, the leucorrhea increases significantly, and there may be a large amount of watery leucorrhea, which will be accompanied by a foul odor.
3. Pelvic pain
As the tumor grows, it will cause symptoms of lower abdominal pain. When the cancer lesions or cancer cells infiltrate and metastasize to the pelvic cavity, a large amount of ascites will appear, accompanied by symptoms of pelvic pain.
4. Body pain
When the disease develops to the late stage, distant metastasis will occur. The cancer may compress the nerves, often causing pain in the lower abdomen, lumbar spine, and radiating pain in the lower limbs. In severe cases, symptoms of body pain will appear, seriously reducing the patient's quality of life.
5. Abdominal mass
In the early stages of the disease, the abdominal mass may not be felt. As the disease worsens and the tumor grows, coupled with pyometra in the late stages of the disease, the mass can be felt in the abdomen with poor mobility and sometimes accompanied by tenderness.
6. Anemia
Since this disease often causes symptoms of continuous bleeding, if the bleeding cannot be stopped in time, anemia may occur due to excessive blood loss, making the body extremely weak.
7. Manifestations of systemic exhaustion Cancer is a disease with particularly severe internal consumption, and the same is true for endometrial cancer. If the disease is not treated in time, it will lead to long-term consumption of the tumor, often causing fever, progressive weight loss, cachexia and other manifestations of systemic exhaustion.
