Who are the people who are most likely to develop osteosarcoma

The most susceptible groups to osteosarcoma are mainly adolescents aged 10 to 20 years old, patients with hereditary retinoblastoma and people with certain benign bone diseases.
1. Adolescents aged 10 to 20 <br/>During this age, people's growth and development are most active. During this period, if osteoblasts mutate and transform into tumor cells, they are prone to malignant transformation, thus causing osteosarcoma.
2. Patients with hereditary retinoblastoma <br/>These people often have mutations or deletions in the retinoblastoma gene. Compared with normal people, they are more likely to develop osteosarcoma.
