Methods for adjusting vision

Vision is very important to each of us. We should protect our eyesight. We should not look at electronic devices for a long time. We should pay attention to eye care and rest, otherwise it will lead to vision loss and myopia. However, if we want to adjust our vision, we need to pay attention to light and get adequate rest, eat more fish, and apply hot towels to our eyes.

1. Adjust the light

Reading under dim light will not hurt your eyes, but if the light does not provide enough contrast between light and dark, it will cause your eyes to get tired easily. You should use soft lighting that provides contrast between light and dark, and avoid using electric lights that reflect light directly into people's eyes.

2. Take a break

If you work in front of the computer for 6-8 hours continuously, you should take a break every 2-3 hours. Have a cup of coffee, go to the bathroom, or just take your eyes off the computer for 10-15 minutes.

3. Adjust the brightness of the computer screen

The fonts and numbers on the computer screen are like small light bulbs, shining light directly into your eyes. Therefore, you need to lower the brightness of the screen and adjust the contrast to make the font clear.

4. Give your eyes a good rest

The best way to relieve eyestrain is to give them a rest, which is easier than you think. You can talk on the phone with your eyes closed. If you don't need to read or write anything, you can just close your eyes and rest while chatting.

5. Practice yoga

Yoga is not only a door to insight into the depths of the soul, it is also a good way to restore vision.

6. Apply tea to eyes

Soak a towel in eyebright tea, lie down, and apply the warm towel to your eyes for 10-15 minutes. This will relieve eye strain, but be careful not to get the tea in your eyes. Also, let the eyebright tea cool for a while before dipping the towel in it.

7. Use your hands to warm your eyes

Rub your hands together until they feel warm. Then, close your eyes and cover the eye sockets with your palms, without putting pressure on your eyes, just cover them. Breathe slowly and deeply, and imagine darkness. Doing this for 20 minutes a day can help reduce eye fatigue.

8. Blinking frequently

Your eyelids are your eyes' personal masseurs. Deliberately blinking 300 times a day helps clean your eyes and gives them a little massage.
