Why do you get synovitis

Why do you get synovitis

The causes of synovitis are quite complicated and vary from person to person. Each person's causes of the disease are completely different due to different living environments. It is difficult to completely cure the disease, and as time goes by, the symptoms of the disease will become more serious, which will eventually lead to a series of sequelae in the patient, making the cause of the disease even more complicated.

Synovitis refers to synovitis of the knee joint, which is caused by joint strain and injury due to excessive exercise or lack of preparation before exercise, cold, or excessive walking. The synovium can secrete joint fluid to lubricate the joints and nourish the articular cartilage, thereby reducing joint friction and wear. If synovitis occurs, you need to rest and avoid exercise, and take Chinese medicine that can relieve pain, promote diuresis, reduce swelling, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness to achieve a healing effect.

The synovium of the knee joint is the largest and most complex of all joints in the human body. It also forms the largest synovial cavity. The knee joint is most susceptible to damage due to its heavy load and frequent movements. The synovium is mainly distributed around the joint. It communicates with the joint cavity and secretes lubricating fluid to lubricate the joint. When stimulated by various causes (such as bone hyperplasia, arthritis, joint tuberculosis, rheumatism, etc. and traumatic injuries, bone injuries, intra-articular injuries, surrounding soft tissue injuries, surgery, etc.) or directly stimulated by the synovial injury, an inflammatory response is produced.

The synovium responds to inflammation by secreting exudate. Pain is produced. Strictly speaking, as long as there is exudate in the joint, it proves that synovial inflammation exists. Its main manifestations are joint congestion and swelling, pain, increased exudate, joint effusion, difficulty in squatting, and limited function.

Synovitis is a sterile inflammation caused by poor microcirculation. The main symptom is the generation of effusion. The production and absorption of joint fluid is a "dynamic balance". When there is a disorder in the reabsorption of joint fluid, the dynamic balance of the production and absorption of joint fluid is broken, and the production of joint fluid is greater than the reabsorption, and "joint effusion" will occur. During the treatment, try to reduce the frequency of water extraction and injection. Excessive water extraction and injection will stimulate the proliferation of subsynovial connective tissue fibers and aging of synovial tissue.

The regeneration and repair ability of synovial tissue is significantly reduced, and further treatment is more troublesome. Before the accumulation of water is eliminated, you must not work hard or exercise. Excessive activities will damage the bones. It can be simply understood as follows: the bursa is an oil reservoir that refuels the movement of skeletal tendons. The purpose is to increase lubrication and reduce friction. If there is water accumulation, the water dilutes the synovial fluid and it can no longer play a lubricating role. At this time, intense activities will cause bone friction and eventually damage the bones.
